| as (ขณะที่) | As I came, my mother was leaving. |
| because (เพราะว่า) | Sarah goes to the tennis club because she likes to play tennis. |
| but (แต่) | Mark reads magazines, but he doesn’t like to read books. |
| either (เช่นกัน) | I’m sorry, William is ill and I can’t come either. |
| even (แม้แต่/แม้ว่า) | My sister likes swimming, even at night. |
| even if (แม้ว่า) | Don’t drink any alcohol even if you drive carefully. |
| even though (ถึงแม้ว่า) | This book is very popular; even though I don’t like it. |
| how (อย่างไร) | Do you know how to ride a bicycle? |
| however (อย่างไรก็ตาม) | However, we’ve lost the match. |
| We have many different sizes of this shirt; however, it comes in only one color. | |
