Although (แม้ว่า)	Although David is very famous, he is still nice.
and (และ)	Jack likes tea and coffee. I met Kathy, and we went out for a cup of coffee.
as (ขณะที่)	As I came, my mother was leaving.
because (เพราะว่า)	Sarah goes to the tennis club because she likes to play tennis.
but (แต่)	Mark reads magazines, but he doesn’t like to read books.
either (เช่นกัน)	I’m sorry, William is ill and I can’t come either.
even (แม้แต่/แม้ว่า)	My sister likes swimming, even at night.
even if (แม้ว่า)	Don’t drink any alcohol even if you drive carefully.
even though (ถึงแม้ว่า)	This book is very popular; even though I don’t like it.
how (อย่างไร)	Do you know how to ride a bicycle?
however (อย่างไรก็ตาม)	However, we’ve lost the match.
however (อย่างไรก็ตาม)	We have many different sizes of this shirt; however, it comes in only one color.
if (ถ้า)	If you were older, you could go to the concert.
in case (ในกรณีที่)	Take your mobile with you in case you miss the train.
in spite of (แม้/ทั้ง ๆ ที่มี)	We enjoyed our camping holiday in spite of the rain.

neither	My friends didn’t go to the party, and neither did I.
so (ดังนั้น)	There weren’t enough beds, so I had to sleep on the floor.
neither (ไม่ใช่เช่นกัน)	They didn’t go to the party, and neither did I.
neither (ไม่ใช่เช่นกัน)	Neither drinks nor food are allowed in the classroom.
or (หรือ)	Do you like tea or coffee?
since (ตั้งแต่)	Since Tim lost his money, he couldn’t go to the restaurant.
unless (เว้นเสียแต่ว่า)	Her baby cannot fall asleep unless her mother stays in the room.
what (อะไร)	I don’t know what to say.
when (เมื่อ)	When you’re in Phuket, write an e-mail to me.
whether (ไม่ว่าจะ…หรือไม่)	I’m going home whether you like it or not.
